Description

The LTP3636 series of CMOS low dropout regulators are designed specifically for portable batterypowered applications which require ultra-low power consumption. The ultra-low quiescent current of only 0.8μA ensures features of long battery life, and the built-in dynamic transient boost improves the device transient response for wireless communication applications. The LTP3636 series are available in SOT23-3L and SOT23-5L packages.
