PART 01-LTA37/237
Bipolar operational amplifier
36V,Precision, Low Noise, High Speed Operational Amplifier
Product presentation:
The LTA37 has been redesigned and optimized for circuits with gains greater than 5, achieving high performance as per the specifications. The LTA37 increases the conversion rate to 17V/µs and the gain bandwidth product to 82 MHz. At the same time, the LTA37 offers lower offset and drift compared to the OP27, as well as higher speed and lower noise. A low offset of up to 50µV and a maximum drift of 0.5µV/℃ at 1kHz make the LTA37 an ideal choice for precision instrument applications. With extremely low noise at 3nV/√Hz@1kHz, a 1/f noise corner frequency as low as 5Hz, and a high gain of 5.6 million times, it allows for precise high-gain amplification of low-level signals. By using a bias current elimination circuit, it achieves low input bias current and offset current.

With a noise performance of 2.2μV and up to 65dB PSRR (at 10kHz), it effectively suppresses switching power supply noise while improving efficiency. No external bias is required, making it suitable for noise-sensitive, high-current, wide-dynamic-range high-speed digital systems, RF, ADC/DAC, and more, offering a compact power solution.
PART 06 -LTP850x
Small package isolated power supply drive products
Transformer Driver for Isolated Power Supplies
Product presentation:
LTP850x is a low-cost isolation power supply solution that provides an option for small power supply applications such as CAN, 485 and other isolated communication interfaces.
This is essentially a monolithic oscillator/power driver, consisting of an oscillator and a gate drive circuit. The gate drive circuit provides complementary output signals to drive a half-bridge power switch. Internal logic ensures safe switching between the two switches, allowing the drive of a small center-tapped transformer. The primary input can be either a 3.3 V or 5 V DC power supply, and the secondary coil can be matched according to the transformer turns ratio to provide any isolation voltage. After stabilization by a subsequent LDO, stable voltage output can be achieved.
PART 07 -LTP8036
Programmable power monitoring circuit
Ultra-low-power, High-precision, Programmable-delay Supervisory Circuit
Product presentation:
LTP8036 is a low-power, high-precision, delay-programmable power monitoring circuit. The device monitors the supply voltage of μC / FPGA or other critical components through the SENSE pin. When the voltage at the SENSE end falls below the threshold, the open-drain output of the nRESET pin quickly switches to a low level, allowing the processor to execute subsequent protective measures. The logic state of the nRESET can also be manually controlled via the nMR input pin. After both trigger states are cleared, the nRESET will return to a high level after a user-defined delay time, which can be freely set between 1.25ms and 10s. The device has a static current of only 0.6uA and offers both fixed voltage and adjustable voltage versions. The fixed voltage version covers from 0.9V to 5V, while the adjustable voltage version can cover all voltages above 0.405V through an additional resistor divider.
